With APEX/IFSA Global EXPO drawing near, we know you must be in the throes of ‎developing your exhibit and marketing materials. We’re ready to ‎help get your interesting stories into the right media. Here are some ‎tips when it comes to developing your public relations and marketing materials.‎

‎1.‎ Reflect your unique selling points in your marketing materials.‎
Ideally in the first paragraph, you should highlight the main points that make your ‎product or exhibit stand out from the rest. ‎

‎2.‎ Providing images of your product.‎
A picture speaks a thousand words! Having images that illustrate your product ‎will catch journalists’ attention.‎

‎3.‎ Keeping your text concise ‎
Writers are busy people. Having concise text that summarizes the main ‎information is more important than filling a page. ‎

‎4.‎ Sharing information promptly
News moves fast, so we need to be faster. Having your press release, images, ‎quotes, and brochures on hand and ready to send out upon request would really ‎help writers meet their deadlines.‎

‎5.‎ Be real(istic)‎
It can be tough to get your products and exhibits into media titles. The APEX team have been hard at work chatting with media to ‎understand their upcoming editorial content plans. Some stories would fit better ‎than others, so you might not be able to place your stories as extensively. We’ll be ‎keeping you posted on different media’s editorial planning so you too can see ‎where your exhibits, concepts, and products best fit. ‎
